Dunkin' Donuts: What's it like to work here?

No logo available

A negative experience. I feel as if employees were subject to unfair and sexist behavior just to make a small salary.

What I like

The best part of working at Dunkin was the other employees who were kind and supportive.

What I dislike

The company should treat people with more respect.

Suggestions for improvement

Better management would help my local Dunkin Donuts.

Internal Communication

Managers would schedule me on days I told them I had work at my other job.

Teamwork

There was obvious favoritism with the girls on my team especially the ones who would laugh off my bosses sexual harassment.

Freedom to work independently

I often worked on my own but I was forced to have a 2 month training period though I was adequately trained for my job after 3 days.

Inclusive / Diverse

Political thoughts and opinions weren't often discussed.

Gender Equality

The company mainly hires female employees but women are judged by appearances and often sexually harrased.

Attitude towards older colleagues

There was a majority of younger employees but a few older emplyees.

Job Security

I was fired after explaining to my boss I couldn't work due to prior commitments at my other job.

Company Image

Unfair scheduling and lots of sexualized comments directed toward female and underage employees by my boss.

Challenging Work

Dunkin Donuts is easy enough work but the management and customers are hard to deal with often.
