Former EmployeeWorked at Dunkin Donuts in Swanzey, NH.

What I like

Dunkin Donuts is a wonderful company in general I was proud to learn all I know

What I dislike

I disapprove of the way they allow the manager to run things. And how much the cameras are not watched to see how much is being stolen

Suggestions for improvement

I would completely clean out the staff and hire people that are good at their job instead of a bunch of slacking junkies

Office / Work Environment

Worst environment I've ever worked in

A negative experience. I feel as if employees were subject to unfair and sexist behavior just to make a small salary.

The best part of working at Dunkin was the other employees who were kind and supportive.

There was obvious favoritism with the girls on my team especially the ones who would laugh off my bosses sexual harassment.

Attitude towards older colleagues

There was a majority of younger employees but a few older emplyees.

Challenging Work

Dunkin Donuts is easy enough work but the management and customers are hard to deal with often.

Job Security

I was fired after explaining to my boss I couldn't work due to prior commitments at my other job.

Internal Communication

Managers would schedule me on days I told them I had work at my other job.

Gender Equality

The company mainly hires female employees but women are judged by appearances and often sexually harrased.

Former EmployeeWorked at dunkin donuts in Southbridge, MA.

What I like

They let me work some day and some nights. We were allowed to have coffee all day and one meal for break.

What I dislike

When minimum wage went up they didn't make it fair across the board. After 8 years of working their I was only making about 50 cents more then a new hire.I feel every time the minimum wage went up I should have got that bump too.

Suggestions for improvement

More training time. And some one to cover while you are training .

Former EmployeeWorked at Dunkin donuts, Andover, Kansas in Andover, KS.

What I like

Not too much positive. The only thing I actually enjoyed was making beverages.

What I dislike

Not taking their employees seriously. No raises for hard work.

Suggestions for improvement

Theres too much for me to even type out.

Company Culture

They were alright sometimes but most of the time you couldnt trust anyone. I pretty much did everyone's job, including mine, AND the GMs. They dont appreciate you until you're gone.

Work-Life Balance

No, they are open all year, never closing. You hardly get to spend time with family. They expect you to do more than they pay you

Handicapped Accessibility

Nothing handicap accessible.

Overall compensation for your work

Dont get paid enough for the stuff they make you do.

Teamwork

Eh.

Office / Work Environment

A lot of times, stuff didnt work.

Challenging Work

It wasnt too challenging. The most challenging thing was the employees themselves. Not trustworthy.

Internal Communication

Not really. Nobody likes to communicate very well.

Gender Equality

Not really treating women fairly. One woman can have her nails done or not be wearing the correct uniform and not get in trouble but if another woman did that, they would get chewed out.

Freedom to work independently

Oh yea they do. They want you to do everyone's job.
