Suggestions for improvement
- Parental leave policy and compensation could be improved in order to attract more and better talent and keep current employees satisfied. While initially expensive, it is way better long-term.
What I like about the company
The company places a lot of trust in employees and you are encourage to progress. Everyone has a very good attitude and is open, including management.
What I dislike about the company
They are behind on their parental leave policies and compensation is a little low compared to other places in town so they lose talent that way.
