Suggestions for improvement
- It would go a long way for the management to take an active role in creating long term goals for employees, based on the employees goals and abilities.
What I like about the company
Flexibility the ability to work around the obsticles that occurs in life as long as I complete my work is a great benefit. This includes bringing my kids in on occassion when the nedd arises.
What I dislike about the company
I feel that there needs to be mor communication between employees, and setting goals for the employees for improvement for them selves and taking on challeges within the company.
