Suggestions for improvement
- The company really needs to have a call center, or designated person, to answer incoming calls as the require the phones to be answered in a timely manner, even if you have a customer in front of you. The customers in front of you feel it is rude for you to take a call while they are face to face with you.
What I like about the company
They encourage one to grow within the company.
What I dislike about the company
Working in the store, the hours can be brutal if working if opening. If you're a key holder, you have to be at the store at 5am.
