There is very high turnover of employees from the lab directorship position and down. It felt like there was always a crisis and that our systems were failing.
Support from Management
The HR manager is wonderful, but lab management was always yelling, bullying, and insulting employees
My fellow lab personnel were 5-star teammates. The production manager and lab director were hostile, demanding, and coercive. The owners are rarely around and offer empty promises when they are trying to fix things. The management and owners are often at odds.
