Suggestions for improvement
- Treat people better, pay employees a fair wage for the hard work and hours they put in for you.
What I like about the company
The people there worked for each other. Most of them are gone now though.
What I dislike about the company
They did not pay employees well so turnover was high and it was hard to train people. They would work 7 days a week without a day off with little to no notice. They gave very little notice to next day start time and location. They would be late or not pay people per diem. They were structured poorly.
