Suggestions for improvement
- Mainstream workers could be more fairly compensated with pay and benefits if top management was not so aggressively over compensated, but the American way seems to be the less you do, the more you make. Teamwork is not appreciated where it really counts. Remember, no generals ever won a war without soldiers. On the other hand you have to ask yourself, if I have it made, why would I want anything to change? That loaded question is the biggest problem for society as a whole and the scenario of the rich get richer and the poor get poorer.
What I like about the company
if you do your job correctly, you don't have to worry about someone constantly looking over your shoulder, you are allowed a fair sense of freedom as long as you demonstrate a good sense of responsibility, and your performance and safety is fairly rewarded for the position you may hold.
