Stressful due to wave after wave of layoffs.
Very poor communication of important policies and structural changes. Keep you in the dark.
Suggestions for improvement
- You keep doing employee surveys but very little action is taken so I'd suggest stop wasting everyone's time with surveys. If you must continue, then be responsive and don't throw the actions back on the employees.
What I like about the company
They generally pay well (not top but not poorly either). They offer benefits such as health insurance.
