Severe lack of leadership, management falsely singled out employees and wrongfully blamed them for down time and false information on safety violations that lead to a number of employees losing their jobs.
Management treats production employees like they are lower than dirt. Example an employee told management the there was a potential problem with a piece of equipment and they told him he was wrong and didn't know what he was talking about. Then the piece of equipment failed and management told upper management that this employee was told to repair the problem before it failed, this lead to the wrongful discharge of this employee.
