Overall compensation for your work

Pay is not good, compared to work that is expected of you.

What I like about the company

Some of the Coworkers were great! 5 minute commute time.

What I dislike about the company

The pay was not good, compared to what was expected of you. Very old school in most cases, where Men are in charge. Lots of unfairness goes on with Human Resources. At times it was uncomfortable with the relationship between the HR Manager, and Finance Manager.
