Suggestions for improvement
- Maybe you should focus more on building up your employees than tearing them down. It seems firing employees is a constant and there is no communication to said employees to improve and do better.
What I like about the company
I only liked some people I worked with.
What I dislike about the company
This job isn't a good place to work.
There are no benefits, low pay, and so much information you need to learn that they won't give you the time to learn.
I would try to learn and really get the material in order to do my job effectively but Instead i was dropped into major assignments without me knowing a lot.
At first I though it was ok because then I'll learn, but no one communicates to help you improve if you mess up. It like they are hoping you will fail anyways.
Extra hours you work for will not be paid for, your check will always miss a few dollars. You can get fired anytime for no apparent reason. Anyone and most likely everyone will backstab you, and you won't know until it's too late And finally this was my first horrible experience at a job and yet I have never ever had a negative review for any jobs.
