Suggestions for improvement
- Better understanding that we are contractors, not employees, and should be respected as such.
I like about the employer
I love customers. Can get out and help people.
I dislike about the employer
Not the same company it was. Longer hours, micromanagement, (though we are independent contractors), dispatchers demand you perform lie paying runs even after you say no. Very argumentative. Not a fun environment anymore.
