I actually had a supervisor give everyone two star poor reviews rather than postpone them since he only started a month prior. That should tell you how the process works.
Support from management
Supervisory support was essentially non existent. I had managers ranging from unapproachable to completely unprofessional.
No sense of team. It's basically cutthroat every man for himself.
Freedom to work independently
Fairly, no. The ones who care carry the load while many others coast on by.
The only feedback we ever got was negative.
They once told a woman who complained about an abusive coworker that she was responsible for the unwanted behaviour. Enough said.
Attitude towards older colleagues
In my time, two loyal thirty plus employees had their salaries slashedby thirty percent in an effort to get them to quit.
Working there is basically a dead end.
Overall compensation for your work
The only time you get a raise is if you basically have them between a rock and a hard place, and even then its tough.
Office / Work Environment
I once had to work at a workstation with a broken window and glass shards for two plus weeks during winter conditions.
No. The company preys on the vulnerable using them for economic exploitation via their IC contracts.
I once worked twenty nine days without a day off. A supervisor once told a subordinate that taking off for her grandmother's funeral was inconvenient
I don't know of anyone aside from management who talks highly of the company.
Yes. Many layoffs, constant cutbacks. I was once threatened that if I took a sick day I would lose my job.
They don't have any disabled employees to my knowledge.
Lots of accidents that go unreported.

They don't care for differing opinions. They find it as a challenge to management.
Suggestions for improvement
- Fire all of your management and start over, focusing on the one thing that made the company great, which was providing a great service with exceptional customer service.
What I like about the company
Not a thing. I've been gone 14 months and all I wish is that I had left sooner.
What I dislike about the company
Managers are out of touch and ineffective. Company itself doesn't care about the employees or customers, just getting as much money as they can any way possible, which is usually ripping off their ICs and underpaying their employees.
