Suggestions for improvement
- Listen to the employees, hear them out before you say "that's dumb" or "we are not doing that". Because maybe that employee has the experience to know what they are talking about and know what the customer wants to see in the product.
I like about the employer
The people that use to work there. One is still there but I know they are looking.
I dislike about the employer
Poor communication, lack of work for months, VERY POOR MANAGEMENT. I once read (people don't quit jobs they quit managers) and that's what I felt I had to do.
