Suggestions for improvement
- Standardize wages and raises, and eliminate or reduce favoritism.
low pay...if the supervisor doesn't like you ..you don't get a raise or a chance for advancement ..no matter how great of a worker you are..the unprofessional-ism is unreal..
If they get management or lead worker to talk to employees with respect things will start looking better.
convenient location...the workplace drama was everyday...and it came from the managers/lead workers...
