All the lower level employees help each other, but heaven forbid management finds out. It doesn't matter if all the work is getting taken care of in other ways
Attitude towards older colleagues
They don't want anyone to retire there
Unless you get promoted to a management position(which we all say, is the quickest way out of there, because they fire you) there is nothing there.
Overall compensation for your work
Too much work and responsibility that is not equal to pay.
You either make low money or you work 56-58 hours a week and have no life
Not one person has security there.

Suggestions for improvement
- Keep the good employees. Quit being so narcissistic to think every employee is replaceable when in fact, not every employee works hard. Appreciate the hard workers

Management plays favorites. Pay not equal to tasks. No room for advancement.
