Company tries to give training, workforce will take their own actions to perform job tasks no matter if it is within training or not.
Suggestions for improvement
- Hold union employees accountable along with having more consistent accountability for managers.
What I like about the company
What I dislike about the company
Did not support employees well. HR was very lackluster in accurately supporting employee problems. Union did not have a good relationship with company which resulted in a lack of accomplishments from employees.
