Downtrodden. Very little to no appreciation of employees. No alleviation of stress. Numbers game.

Leadership roles are promoted within company and often given to people with poor communication skills, little patience for training and overall poor leadership skills.
A high sense of fear amongst fellow coworkers. Slight communication at times but environment is ran mostly like a sweatshop.
