Managers constantly watching every little move hourly employees make. Place is ran on fear.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Older employees are protected by management.
Overall compensation for your work
They will cut your pay for no reason to save money and then give you an ultimatum to take it or leave it.
Office / Work Environment
Uncomfortable and constant lurking eyes. Everyone is watching each other.
Company shifts around people constantly from building to building and shift to shift to save little bits of money here and there.
Company has a bad reputation in the community of not being honest with good employees.
No job security. Company lays off too much. High turnover.

They will not accept any new ideas from employees.
