Most colleagues work well together. Management however just likes to make they direct report feel as if they are doing a horrible job and makes the employees feel discouraged.
Suggestions for improvement
- Higher up such as executives should look more closely on how management treats there employees and the goals they set. Management, particularly in support, make the team there feel like no matter what, they are not doing a good job and basically threaten the employees with termination if things are not corrected immediately and are not conveyed in a nice manner.
