Company culture only supported the Leadership team.
Support from Management
Leadership was lacking
Employees worked well together. Management did not allow teamwork but talked about it all the time.
Level of Autonomy
Work Load was bad. Sales got all the freedom. IT/Support was always on call. Last to leave had to be the first in and treated bad.
Communication varied from person to person and job to job. Never a perfect system. People always found out things to late.
