Certain people can get away with anything, not a lot of trust in upper management
Support from Management
Little to no support from leadership
Communication is horrible from the management down. When the Pony Express had to ride through Native American dominated territory, the communication was way better than this company can do now with modern technology
Attitude towards older colleagues
There are a lot of retired police/fire/military who are hired, but too many are being turned away. No one can figure out the hiring standards. The management hires people who work at Autozone as a clerk and fails to even interview certain individuals who are almost over- qualified for the job.
