Support from management
only exists in the trenches between adjusters
Suggestions for improvement
- Hire first line manager or trainers that have 5 or more years experience handling the specific type of claims being handled.
- Bring pay the per diem payment which other similar firms are paying
What I like about the company
What I dislike about the company
no support from any level of management but maybe 20% of first line managers were good technically and cared about the adjusters. This is a firm which leases adjusters to State Farm so one would think that they worked to keep their employees satisfied. They also misrepresent the experience of their adjusters and managers to State Farm because they constantly bring in new people with no experience due to high turnover.
