What I like about the company
The company is desperately trying to maintain the "family" culture that allowed the business to grow to a reasonable size. As the company has now grown to $200M + this culture is not effective and has caused a significant division between old and new employees.
Leadership is strongly supportive of long term employees. Those who do not fit this description are marginalized and considered secondary.
Dont trust them as mgmt will lie to your face!
No leadership whatsoever!
The left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing.
Safety is not a strong point.
6 days per week is standard.
They have their own standards. Which are very low!
