lots of long-term employees so not so open to new ideas
Support from Management
decisions set for you & you work to hit the dates
not a team environment - always looking to find out who screwed up
they don't really like other ideas - if not in line with upper management
Suggestions for improvement
- look at "how to change things to better the company and the employee" vs. emphasizing on "who is doing it wrong - or the way it always has been done"
