The bank is fairly new and unfortunately I did not feel the proper growth during my stay.
Support from Management
Empty promises are all that were offered during my tenure.
At the time, the team environment was second to none.
Level of Autonomy
The bank had no customer service department and as such all issues needed need to be addressed on at the branch level. Unless you are very organized it will be difficult to succeed.
