if you are looking for recognition, the "pat on the back - Good Job!!" don't. However, you will get noticed when you mess up...

- respect the employees and you will get more dedication, notice someone for their abilities not for their mistakes.

(need more space here)...... they do not value employees, they do not train properly, single out individuals and harass or micromanage this person until they either quit or mess up and get fired, they only promote people in their family or if they are friends with you, on and on and on ...........
