This "family" away from family structure is overwhelming! Nobody's held responsible, feelings are always hurt and it's like working with a bunch of spoiled toddlers! There's no trust in management and there's no public salary structure. Why bust your butt to meet or exceed goals, when some barely meet them and get the same pay raise?
