They make things look great.
Support from management
Too many bosses. And if they start changing your district Mgr, take it as a sign they want you gone.
Freedom to work independently
They tell you that you are independent, but they have spies that follow you around.
If you have a weakness in your performance, they will not tell you about it.
I'm no way are employees of the same grade considered equal. Each manager has his favorites.
Office / Work Environment
Job says its sales, it is not. You will be slinging molding for 10-12 hours a day.
Never was asked to do anything for any non profit group
They could not care less about your family life.
Challenging in the way they want you to work yourself into a drenching sweat and then never acknowledge your effort.
Inclusive / Diverse
I never worked with one person of descent other than white/ Caucasian. Or with any females at the same level
Suggestions for improvement
- Tell the truth about what the job is and how it can change drastically over a short time. This is not a sales job.
What I like about the company
Looking back, the job completely changed in stages so I can't say there was one thing that I consistently found a pleasure.
What I dislike about the company
The "sales" job that I was hired for turned into a manual labor job in stages, over a 4 year period.
