Suggestions for improvement
- They need to make long term employees feel like they accomplished something. A little higher raise than someone there 3 years, a little higher bonus for the amount of years there. Something to make people want to stay. I think the turn around rate would be lower. Being a long term employee and asked why I stay. It's insurance & that's pretty much it. Everything else someone off the street can get in 90 days
