Support from management
Not much in the way of support or appreciation.
Suggestions for improvement
- Give teachers reasonable compensation. Get rid of half the management and specialty teacher trainers and raise teacher salary. Get teachers lunch once a month. Do something anything or you lose all good teachers to other districts and your children and reputation suffer. Get teachers a massage, a gift card, but most importantly the pay in this district is terrible and misrepresented.
What I like about the company
Autonomy and family feel. Small campus excellent teacher student ratio
What I dislike about the company
No technology no breaks no appreciation for how difficult it is to teach all day. No perks no feel that teachers are special or appreciated at all.
