Current Supervisors do not provide adequate/proper training and can leave you frustrated or abandoned once you are told that the tasks were performed incorrectly.
I do not feel a sense of accomplishment when completing a task or when making recommendations for improvements on certain reports as we are not recognized and we are just given extra tasks since you show the ability to excel. Rather, they give those employees that demonstrate extra effort and the ability to overperform (with no extra pay)more responsibilities while mediocre employees are not encouraged to take on more tasks.
