No matter how hard they try they just can’t seem to effectively communicate through all levels of the organization.

There is a huge disparity between direct care pay and executive/administration pay.
It depends on you.

- Stop paying high salaries to individuals that do not provide improvement to the organization.

The hard work and dedication of its direct care staff and the services they provide to their customers.
What I dislike about the company
The lack of support from the administration office.
