No room for professional growth. Flat corporate structure. Favoritism for employees from affluent backgrounds.

It has been a good experience. The people are very nice and the work is important. The environment is encouraging.

  • I would not change anything. I am happy with all aspects of the company.

What I like about the company

The atmosphere and people are very friendly. People are encouraging and there is a high retention rate. Many people have been there for over 10 years. Benefits are great and lots of flexibility.

What I dislike about the company

Very flat company with many Vice Presidents. Seems if you are there long enough you get a Vice President title regardless of your performance.
