Suggestions for improvement
- Move away from rigid old fashioned ideas of all employees working traditional 8:30 to 5:00. Empower talented people to work a flexible schedules. Hire a more ethnically diverse workforce. Hire managers who live in the towns you serve.
I like about the employer
Many excellent coworkers, some really great and talented individuals
I dislike about the employer
All positions below executive management are grossly undercompensated for the work requirements. A shift away from work life balance has caused much of the great talent to leave.
