What I like about the company
What I dislike about the company
No direct communication from management. No raises in years even though benefit costs have increased. Appraisals are already pre-written to keep any chance of a raise to a minimum. No reward for hard work. Two sets of rules for hourly and salary. Can't get a replacement chair because of budget constraints but senior management can take business review meetings anywhere around the world. No bonus in years. A finger pointing mentality to keep your own job. Continual layoffs and downsizings.
