Suggestions for improvement
- Upper management still does not hear us. Pay needs to be addressed. We have lost a lot of people in the last year or two to local companies that pay more for the same work.
What I like about the company
I have a fantastic Boss and co-workers. We all have each others back. I work a weird schedule and I have had to call people in at very odd hours. We all just pitch in and get the job done. Safety is number one!!!! There are no shortcuts on that.
