Very little trust with management and word coming from above. Supervisor was isolated from employees.
Support from Management
Unfortunately no employee involvement as direct management held all information and decision making close to themselves. Talent was not developed nor invited to share solutions or ideas.
Colleagues did work well together despite environment created around them.
