Suggestions for improvement
- Sell the company. Axe every single person from at least the top three layers of management. Axe any person that has been with the company in Rochester for more than 4 years. Move the company out of Rochester.
I like about the employer
The lack of vision and oversight by management allowed me to take 2 hours lunch breaks every day. I could also show up late and leave early at will.
I dislike about the employer
The entire organization is managing from a place of fear. There isn't a single individual in the top 3-4 layers of management that has any vision or concerned about anything other than collecting the biggest payout before they too get axed.
