Support from management
Certain Supervisors pass their work on to other employees that may not be as high in the pecking order.
Freedom to work independently
Whether you are responsible for more or the same as the person next to you, you are being paid the same.
Hearing "good job" once in a while wouldn't hurt.
Overall compensation for your work
Pay is very low and the insurance is very expensive. The low pay also makes it very difficult to support a family.
There is a lot of pressure put on employees from management.
What I like about the company
Relationships I have with my peers.
What I dislike about the company
No matter how hard someone works or however many hours they put in, it is never good enough. There is a large lack of support from upper management.
