Initial training the teamwork was good but fell apart after.
Suggestions for improvement
- Fix the software so that it makes it easier for the employee to help the customers. They were concerned about how much time you spent on the phone but the bad software and going from page to page to search for things took up your time.
What I like about the company
Training was good.
What I dislike about the company
Software was horrible, had to have 5-10 pages open at once. They required you to come in on your own time to set up and wanted you on the phones exactly at start time. Work was not steady, got let go some days and assignment only lasted a couple of months. Supervisors wanted to cretique your performance even though you would be out of a job in a short time. Pay was too low.
