High volume manufacturing often times can't be met in a scheduled day. There is no explanation what is being done to improve this and very seldom is a thank you involved.

There is clear separation between management and the production floor.

Attitude towards older colleagues
Favorites are picked for advancement often. Not a level assessment of talent.
They do have educational tuition assistance for college but work schedules do not support this. No on site training other than required safety training.
Overall compensation for your work
The salaries are not terrible but are not great either. No incentive bonuses of any kind. No profit sharing. No cost of living increases the last two years.
Office / Work Environment
Plant is clean and for the most part the climate is controled.
Management gets family time. Hourly employees do not get anywhere close to the same time out of the plant.
The image is everything to the corporate team and the customer. Moral is not great. Feel underappreciated.
Future buisness looks stable and promising.
