I like about the employer
My commute was good. Several of my co-workers were top notch. The U.S. leadership was making great strides implementing Lean Manufacturing.
I dislike about the employer
Priorities and expectations changed frequently and weren't communicated timely. Too frequently, we found out late in a project of changes that increased costs but was criticized for not anticipating or being to absorb the issue for no cost.
