Suggestions for improvement
- They need a new crew of managers,supervisors, new Human resource management all managers supervisors, gen managers are all friends. If they decide they don't like you, they will make your time there miserable Untill you are forced to quit. They know how to make you fell degraded just because your not liked regardless if your a good employee. Worked there over 15 years, seen this happen multiple times over the years. Hard workers go unrecognized while others can basically do absolutely nothing and get promoted because they are a family or just liked by management. They don't give raises no matter how good of worker you are.

What I dislike about the company
If you get hired and management decides they don't like you, they will put you in a department you not like will not give you personal days, will basically do what they can so you will quit,they will not fire you, they don't like to pay for unemployment.
