Support from management
Upper management only appears to support staff.
Favorites get all the hours
Attitude towards older colleagues
Childish treatment rather than respect.
Barely enough to live on-- no exaggeration.
The company is preoccupied with their outward appearance only.
Suggestions for improvement
- You had A great thing and you blew it. Stop blaming the world economy. Low enrollment is a consequence of former bad management and never being realistic. Take care of what you started. Stop looking to open new schools.
What I like about the company
They allow teachers to be creative and encourage them to think outside the box.
What I dislike about the company
Very corporate. Refuse to re evaluate poor compensation. Sometimes condescending. Not enough hours. Onsite management is young and green and therefore CHEAPer than qualified.
