Support from Management
Middle managers are not very supportive. They're in survival mode. After so many rounds of layoffs, with no real remedy it is not a good environment to work in.
Suggestions for improvement
- Change in corporate culture starting with middle management. Too many with survivalist mentality rather than wanting to do what's best for company and staff.
I like about the employer
Flexible work schedules. Decent compensation. Great vision and mission. Overall, staff and managers are well intentioned.
