No upward movement, whatsoever. Unless you're one of a lucky few, you better have another gig on the side.
Suggestions for improvement
- Get rid of current assistant manager
- Better pay, more full time opportunities for those who truly want it and show interest.
- Enforce actual existing rules regarding punishment
- Don't make certain departments the butt of jokes company wide.
