The company does not value diverse ideas and frowns upon input. Just wants you to do what you're told.
Suggestions for improvement
- Plan for growth. Management won't let staff move up unless they are friends with the CEO. A lot of managers aren't fit for their role and don't communicate well with their staff. Work production means nothing as far as growing within the company. People are let go for no reason and the feeling is uncomfortable and makes for a negative work experience.
