Suggestions for improvement
- Pay your employees what they are worth and treat them with respect. Also, do something about overcrowding due to tenants downstairs.
What I like about the company
They offer great benefit package and generally the mid level staff and below are great to work with.
What I dislike about the company
Parking at this office is at a premium since the sublease downstairs has taken over the parking lot. This also applies to the bathroom stalls. There is also a lot of turnover in all levels, I credit this to bad managemment and below average pay. There is also a severe lack of positive reinforcement, everything is always so negative.
