- Not impressed with how this company follows policies and procedures. The corporate leaders do not understand the differences between moral values and ethical principals concerning contract personnel. -Unfair behavior towards employees -Given credit that wasn't deserved -Leaders swept problems under the rug
- ECS never spent important time to invest in employees. It's a priority to look more closely at building positive motivation in the workplace. keep in mind that seasoned employees are set in their ways and will provide you challenges. This best way to handle this is to understand their personality and what makes them tick. This will allow you ways to find a good way to approach them.
