Suggestions for improvement
- Open communication between all employees, management and the boss. Performance, attendance and willingness to go above and beyond should count and be recognized,
I like about the employer
I dislike about the employer
Downsized and lost my job; was told 5 minutes before quitting time. It was all about how the boss and upper management liked you or not, did not matter about your performance or where you were within the company.
